FAQ

From COBRA to the Marketplace to private insurance plans, options are available. There are plans available through the ACA (Obamacare) that have restrictive enrollment periods. There are also private health insurance plans that allow you to enroll throughout the year. COBRA could be your best option as well. Contact us today to go over options as every situation is different.
Medicare does not have to be as complicated as people make it. We can sit down and explain exactly what Medicare does and then look at how a Medicare Supplement can benefit you. We will walk you through the entire process. We will help you sign up for Medicare. We will look at multiple options for your Medicare Supplement and we will help find the prescription drug coverage that will work best for you based on where you live, what pharmacy you go to, and the prescriptions you take. In the end we will ensure that you have everything in place when you go on to Medicare.
We can help your child find an individual health insurance plan at an affordable rate. Going through the ACA (Obamacare) might be the best option for your child. If it is, we can help them enroll in a plan that works best for them. The ACA is not always the best option. We have access to private plans that do not have network restrictions and can be more affordable. We will look at all legitimate options to ensure that your child has the protection they need.
Yes, we work with people all the time by building low-cost, no deductible solutions to help if that situation were to arise. Health insurance options seem limited, but we have the resources to find solutions for you.
This comes up a lot. We work with a lot of teachers who have found the rates for the group insurance at the school to be too expensive. In some cases, the spouse who is employed can get the insurance at a reasonable rate, but adding the other spouse and the children increases the premium to a level that is unaffordable. We also have several families we insure where the teacher will stay on the group plan and the spouse and children will go with a private plan to save money.
And we have families who choose to come off the group coverage and buy a private insurance policy that better fits their needs and their budget.
